Bob Peck
Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1924; served six years in the Navy, three years as an artist on the staff of Admiral Reeves; attended the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts.
Bob retired from Northrop Grumman after 32 years as a graphic artist, which included five years in Saudi Arabia working for the Royal Saudi Airforce.
He moved to Leavenworth in 1985, and has volunteered many hours doing “scribbles” for children and adults. Bob also played Santa at Christmastime until he retired due to health reasons.

Marie Peck.
She discovered her hidden artistic talents
in 1982 when she took an art class from her husband, Bob Peck. Living in Saudi Arabia at the time, she soon found herself turning from painting her favorite scenes of farms and barns to painting desert scenes complete with camels. A gallery in the International Hotel in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia sold her paintings until the family’s return in 1985. Since their retirement to Leavenworth Marie has rediscovered an interest in snowy farms and is currently working on a series
of paintings of Leavenworth scenes. She is a member of the Wenatchee Watercolor Society, the Artist Guild of
Leavenworth, and Cascade Artists.

Marie and Bob Peck have a beautiful studio
overlooking the Wenatchee River with the Cascade
Mountains in the background. Marie’s’ medium is
watercolor, while Bob uses acrylic and watercolor. Both are inspired to paint what surrounds them and wherever they have resided - from desert to mountains - their work has become a travelogue of vision.
They would love to show you some of their
original fine art painting and framed prints. For a
private studio tour please call for an appointment at
509-548-4739. Just one mile from the center of
Leavenworth, Washington.

Framed prints are available - Size 16X20
