Cindy Elliott was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and fled to the open west. Searching for the beautiful wilderness I crave, I made Leavenworth my home. The awe inspired by the beauty of nature is reflected in everything I do. Getting people to see the connectedness of cycles is my primary goal. Understanding our role in the in the web of life and where we fit in is very important. I am passionate about
becoming a naturalist, and studying the natural world. I hope to educate adults and children through my artwork by provoking questions that seek answers. It is my hope to help people “see” the world around them.

We live in a treasure here in the northwest, and I believe it is my job as an artist to express what I feel in nature. Artwork has the capability to be educational, expressive, and beautiful.
